The white to off-white coloured flesh has a soft, custard like consistency and offers a sweet flavour with hints of caramel, a trace of coconut, a touch of peach and even a suggestion of pear. |

Preparing / Serving
Enjoying them is simple. All you do is halve the fruit and discard the seed. You can peel away the skin and eat the soft white flesh, or scoop out the flesh with a tea spoon.
